Hi, I'm Mehdi Hassan Akash
I'm a software engineer at IQVIA in Dhaka. I spend most of my time building AI systems for pharmaceutical clients. Lately that's mostly been agentic platforms: systems that coordinate AI agents across complex, multi-step workflows. Before that, I spent my first couple of years here on .NET microservices and analytics dashboards for enterprise pharma clients.
Before IQVIA, I was at CricWhiz building a fantasy cricket app in React Native, Python, and TypeScript, running on serverless AWS (Lambda and DynamoDB).
I studied computer science at BUET and have been writing software professionally since 2020.
Outside of work I'm usually playing video games, reading, or going down some rabbit hole I didn't plan on.
